Questions people ask
- What does one-time mean for Small site?
- You pay $39 once and the site is yours to keep. Updates to Cabin itself are included; hosting on your own domain is part of the monthly plans.
- Can I move between plans?
- Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect straight away. Moving down applies at the end of the period you've paid for.
- What counts as a site?
- One domain with its own content, media and settings. Sections and subpages of the same site all count as one.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Invite as many people as you like on any plan. Agency adds client logins with their own permissions.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your site stays live until the end of the period. Export everything before or after; the files are always yours.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Every payment comes with a receipt. Agency plans can be billed yearly against an invoice.
